Global Crew Logistics can produce a monthly or quarterly report for your company that will detail specific instances of when travelers have refused the lowest fare offered. This report will also give a code detailing the reason for refusal. While there are frequently legitimate reasons to travel at a higher fare (i.e. shorter connection times versus a small increase in fare), we want the company to be aware of fares being accepted or declined. These reports often help us identify travelers or departments which may need further traveler education so that they are in a better position to take advantage of low fares.
